Un regalo ::: A gift

para mi madre, por su cumpleaños. Puede ser el principio de una costumbre muy bonita: nn Ex-libris.
La idea era partir del escudo de la familia Liquete, un león bajo un árbol. Antes de buscar nada en internet, hice la silla con el árbol. Ya estaba en mi cabeza. Luego busqué el escudo y cambié la silla por el león.
Al final mi madre se quedó con la silla. Menos mal.

for my mother's birthday. It can be the starting of a great new habit: an Ex-libris.
The starting idea is the Liquete's family coat of arms: a lion under a tree. Befro any research, I made the chair and the tree. Already in my head. Later I looked for the coat and I changed the chair for a lion.
At the end my mother kept the chair concept. Great.
